Graviola has to be my number 1 anti-cancer smoothie recipe. This super healing plant contains an amazing 82 annonaceous acetogenins. These phytochemicals are promoted for the prevention and treatment of many health conditions including cancer, liver problems, fevers, flu, heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure.

Scientists have studied annonaceous acetogenins in graviola since the 1940s, studies showed that graviola holds anti-tumorous properties. These chemicals modulate the production of adenosine triphosphate in free radical cells which in turn starves the cell from oxygen and nutrition, reducing the rate in which it develops.
