We want your experience with us to be an enjoyable one so we have made every effort to ensure that you feel safe and secure when shopping with us.  Once you have placed your order with us you will be able to select from the following options.

All our products are shipped direct from the UK using Royal Mail allowing us to ship to virtually any address in the world:

  • UK First Class, £3.45  |  1 - 2 working days

  • UK £5.95, Tracked First Class (Signiture Required)  |  1 - 2 working days 

  • REST OF WORLD £6.95 First Class air mail  |  6 - 15 working days  

Please note, that customers who reside outside of the UK must check with their local customs services and local laws to ensure that there are no special requirements or any restrictions on importing health products into their country or state before ordering.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

In2Herbs will not accept any liability or make compensation payments for loss, damage, delayed delivery or parcels halted by customs for containing any prohibited items. Remember, you are considered the importer and you must comply with all laws and regulations of your country. These requirements may include import duties or taxes.  In2Herbs will not be responsible or liable for any fee's or problems resulting with your local customs office.
